Selph Consultancy is committed to providing high quality consultancy, research, training and project management that supports the health and wellbeing of communities and populations.
We are different to other companies in that we have experience working from the bottom up. We have worked with various professionals in a variety of settings and have practical knowledge and understanding of delivering services and campaign work that has made a difference to the lives of real people.
Selph have working relationships with individuals across various disciplines including health champions, health trainers, smoking cessation advisors, public health consultants and national organisations. We have worked as a consortium with other companies on larger scale projects and employ staff who can communicate and engage with people at all levels. Our staff have been there and done that!
Our passion is in making a change; on supporting individuals and communities to take control of their own health.
Michelle has worked across the country implementing Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP); supporting pharmacists and their teams to ensure they meet each element of the Quality Criteria.
Selph can help Local Pharmaceutical Committees, Local Authorities and individual pharmacy contractors with HLP.
We are a training provider that is accredited to offer the recognised training elements of HLP as well as providing pharmacies with guidance and evidence gathering.

Michelle and Shamina developed and initiated Healthy Living Optical Practices (HLOP) across Dudley, West Midlands.
We are now looking to expand and nationalise the project.
